Some Good Stuff Hiding Under Some Other Good Stuff.

If the title of this post caught your attention, then I have succeeded. I’m sure it will be worth it, don’t worry.

I started blogging with the aim to inspire and impact everyone positively. As at the time I started, the blogosphere wasn’t as large as it is now (at least, that’s what I think). I started sometime in December 2015. It has always been a hobby and it still is. If the blog hasn’t increased as it should be, it’s probably because of my lack of ‘posts-promotion skills’. I was just doing my thing on my own. I didn’t realize the importance of sharing my posts through my social media accounts and connecting with other bloggers. Now I do.

Well, the gist is I have some good posts hiding under some other good posts. Get the gist now? I have published over 80 posts and want to share some you probably haven’t read and you should.
Let’s get into it.

I have always been known as the girl with a beautiful handwriting. Some ask how I manage to maintain such writing even while the note is being dictated. Some others tease by asking if the writing is typed. I got interested in handwriting and found out your handwriting says a lot about your personality. So I wrote a post on it, check it out.

What does Handwriting Say about your Personality?

I’m quite reserved even though I believe the right word is ‘shy’. I could chat with you all day, sending all manner of words. Let’s meet, you would wonder if I was the same person you were chatting with. Public speaking is one art everyone should master. Even as a writer, you could be called upon to speak at events. With the urge to get better, I wrote an article with my experience. Check it out.

Public Speaking: My Experience and Some Useful Tips.

In life, we tend to wonder why we seem stuck, even though we are moving forward, it’s just not obvious. We see our friends booming and creating a wonderful life and we wonder what we are up to.  I had an experience that spoke to me. Check it out.

Move at your Pace: A Short Story.

Yeah! A light-hearted one. I graduated from Babcock University. Even those that didn’t school there must have heard about some rules they have.  There are some rules I have adapted to even after 3 years of graduation. Check it out.

5 Rules I have Adapted to from Schooling at Babcock University.

We aim to be successful, so it’s suffice to say we are on the road to success. It just doesn’t happen, we can’t just see a plank with ‘success’ on it without going through some self-discovery and hard work. There are some questions that must be answered on this road leading to success. Check it out.

On the Road to Success: 6 Questions You should Find Answers to.

Who doesn’t like getting new clothes? I doubt if there is any. Personally, I love the idea of getting new dresses. Do you wash your new clothes before putting them on? Do you think washing them is necessary? Check the post out.

Should you Wash your New Clothes before putting them on?

I am a young writer. It took a while to consider myself as one. I’ve always thought there’s just something else that makes you a writer apart from writing anything. I was wrong. There are challenges young writers face though, probably not just young writers. Click to read.

Our decisions and actions are driven by what we have allowed into our lives. More of what we have allowed to control us. As long as these things don’t leave, they will keep leading us to make bad decisions for ourselves. Read more by clicking on the link.

Everyone operates a laptop these days. At some point, if not every, the Microsoft Word office is used. I’m sure we are aware of some shortcuts such as the one for copying, pasting and selecting the whole document. Do you know there are more? Check them out.

Have you ever wondered if most of our daily utensils expire? Sponges, mattresses, toothbrushes, make-up brushes and the rest. Well, they do. So, check out the post and make adequate adjustments!

  1. Looks like there’s a lot of good stuff to read on your blog. I was slow to get into social media and getting my blogs out there as well so this post is a good idea. All the good stuff needs to be seen 😊

I have nominated you for the Liebster Award, which is an award to help discovering bloggers with less than 200 followers! You don’t have to accept the award unless you want to, but if you’re interested in finding out more, here are the rules: https://lissylal.blog/2017/11/08/the-liebster-award/

  3. When I first began blogging in 2012, I didn’t pay much attention to social media promotion until late 2015 about a year before I deleted my blog.

    1. Yeah, social media promotion is necessary, no one will check the blog until you promote or you tell them personally, which might not even cross our minds when with them. That was a long time. Glad you’ve started again.
Awwn thanks dear. Make sure you leave a sign that you have read them on each post (comment) *winks
